The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the lake, downtown area, shopping, and waterfront. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Maxwell Mansion Hotel in Lake Geneva.

I was thrilled to stay at an awesome historical hotel! The Grant room, where Ulysses Grant stayed, was a fascinating experience. The speakeasy in the basement was beautiful, with a top-notch piano player and an outstanding bartender. The hosts were friendly and provided a thorough tour of the building. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore downtown, go shopping, and enjoy the waterfront. I highly recommend this unique and historic hotel!
